Music Ministry:  flute


Throughout the Bible, music plays a very important role, whether it be for praising the Lord or simply rejoicing in the abundance He has given us. We offer opportunities for the use of music in the various ministries through drama, vocals, instrumental ensembles and, of course, the choir, which not only sings during the Sunday morning service but also presents musicals and concerts throughout the year. We also offer the opportunity to play musical instruments at all services.

 Worship Teams

Grace Assembly is blessed with a number of gifted musicians, many of whom participate in leading the congregation in worship each week.  If you are interested in participating on a worship team, please see Sherri, our director.  Practices are on Thursday evening from 7:00 to 9:00.

Choir

Our choir is an integral part of each worship service, participating in each praise and worship service. The choir frequently shares special music and prepares musicals for Christmas and Easter.  If you are interested in participating in the choir, please see Beth, our director.

 


Playing an Instrument

Instrumental music is also an important part of each worship service.  All brass, woodwind, and strings instruments are welcome in every service.  See Floyd for more information. Those who play guitar, bass or drum set should see Sherri about the posibility of participating in the worship team rotation.
